Development of SaaS business solution for retail lending and telemarketing has been completed. Front-office solution "Credit flow" based on FrontSphere business platform "FrontSphere" is an integrated software product for automation of business processes for providing consumer, mortgage and auto lending to individuals. This Solution fully automates the whole process of lending, starting from automated verification of basic applications (checking the completeness and correctness of filed forms), calculation of the loan amount/credit limit including payments and fees, scoring, up to approval of the loan amount, generation of the loan agreement and the loan granting. This solution provides for a non-stop pipelined processing of clients' loan applications, giving a possibility of coordinated work with the client files to various services. Front-office solution "Credit flow" allows banks and MFOs to significantly improve the quality and rate of customer service. All automated business process of the loan granting is seamless and consistently leads the client from the stage of loan application up to the approval and actual loan granting. Front-office solution "FrontSphere Telemarketing", based on FrontSphere business platform is an integrated software product for the automation of business processes of multi-channel interactions with clients at outgoing campaigns (including functional Predictive and Preview Dialer, recording and storage of all calls, SMS and E-mail newsletters, as well as push-notifications on smartphones).
