FrontSphere is a software package that provides an end-to-end solution for all multichannel business interactions with a high volume customer base.
The FrontSphere solution combines CRM, business process management tools and telephony all-in-one; it is seamless requiring no expensive and time consuming integration of separate systems.
FrontSphere is a fusion of three open-source business tools:
- Application design and delivery portal binds process flows, data structures and user interface elements.
- Business process management engine enables the ad-hoc design, testing and deployment of business processes using BPMN 2.0 notation.
- Multi-channel VoIP-based contact center platform supports both voice- and non-voice interaction channels.
At present the FrontSphere platform is operational for the following business processes:
- Debt collection
- Credit flow
Currently we are developing SaaS solutions for:
- Insurance industry
- Retail banking
FrontSphere has been in commercial operation across 11 time zones, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week since April 2013; it is supporting more than 5 million calls and sms messages per month.
